This dosing application utilizes a previously established Physiological-based Pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model to predict the PK of monoclonal antibodies in children across age, weight, gender and dosing regimen.

Without the need for previous concentration information, perform Population Simulation.
Predict a pediatric patient's PK based on age, weight, gender, and previous concentration information, supporting subsequent individualized dosing decisions.
Individualised Dosing and Population Simulation is available for Intravenously administered Avelumab, Atezolizumab, Bevacizumab, Basiliximab, Dinutuximab,Palivizumab, Ustekinumab, Tocilizumab and Population Simulation is available for Sub Cutaneously administered Adalimumab, Canakinumab, Dupilumab, Mepolizumab.
